We provide steady reassurance, conversation, and on‑site support during what can often be a long and tiring day.

Social‑Link: Community & Social Support

Social‑Link is our flexible social support and companionship service. It is designed for people who would benefit from support with community activities, social outings, or everyday appointments that are not strictly medical. Social‑Link focuses on confidence, connection, and quality of life — offering calm, friendly support at a pace that suits each person.

What We Do

  • Door‑to‑door transport in wheelchair‑accessible vehicles (WAVs)

  • Assistance getting in and out of the vehicle

  • Escort into the hospital or clinic

  • Guidance through long corridors and complex hospital layouts

  • Support with check‑in and speaking to reception

  • Staying with you during waiting times

  • Remaining on‑site until your appointment is finished

  • A safe journey home afterwards
