A chaperone service ensures safety, reliability, and peace of mind during travel, emphasising the importance of personalised care, attention, and support for both you, the client and your family.

- Arriving at medical facility on time.
- Accompanied to the correct clinic waiting area & booked in with reception.
- Our member of staff will stay with you whilst waiting.
- Our member of staff will liaise with clinic staff & communicate any delays or issues with you.
- Our staff will ensure your comfort at all times, making sure you are warm, toileted & kept hydrated.
- We will ensure you are prompted to take prescribed medication on time, if due.
- Our member of staff will then accompany you into the actual appointment ensuring you are fully involved in your care by ensuring any concerns or questions are answered.
- You will then be escorted back to the ambulance & driven directly home.
- If appropriate, the outcome of the appointment will be relayed to your family, carers or care home staff.
- On arriving home ensuring you are safe and comfortable and will even make you a cup of tea.
- Medical personnel available to assist in the event of a medical emergency during transport.
- The entire experience will ensure you are at the centre of your care.
